HOW COOPERATION WORKS OR 9 STEPS FROM FIRST CONTACT TO THE PRESENTATION OF AN OFFER.

2. WE MEET (face-to-face or on-line)
We will discuss your requirements in detail and tell you what we need to prepare a specific offer for you. To save you time and mileage, we will be happy to come to your company's headquarters or to a location you specify.
3. YOU PROVIDE YOUR DATA
Typically, drawings, material and supplier specifications, quality requirements, packaging, logistics concept, information about the project and its duration, order volume, etc. Where possible, you will provide us with samples of materials for the production of mock-ups of future products, based on their production, we will determine the best possible price beneficial to both parties.
4. WE PROPOSE A SOLUTION
Based on your input data, we will analyse the capacity and production requirements. If the solution proposal does not come from you, we will suggest the use of specific materials and process steps ourselves.
5. WE SELECT A SUPPLIER
If product development is proposed by DAGRO, we will select and propose all suppliers and fix the prices of the individual materials. If you as client nominate the suppliers (for automotive), we contact the individual suppliers and ask for quotations for the individual materials required for the calculation.
6. WE DEVELOP AND MANUFACTURE A SAMPLE
If we design the product development, we produce the final samples and send them to you for approval. If you do the development yourself (automotive), we will be happy to produce these samples for you to test and collect data for costing (material consumption, process times).
7. WE SEND DATA FOR CALCULATION
During the development and/or production of samples, we collect all data regarding process times and material consumption in order to provide you with the most accurate quotation.
8. WE PREPARE A PRICE CALCULATION
It includes material costs, transport, quantities produced, material consumption, production times, etc.). If we are not able to collect production data on the samples being manufactured (which is not always available), we draw on our years of experience and know-how from similar projects. In both cases, however, you will get the most accurate price of the manufactured part from us.
9. WE PRESENT AN OFFER TO YOU
We'll prepare a presentation of the offer and of DAGRO and send it to you together with the calculation by e-mail...
...and then we will go over it with you in a personal presentation (face-to-face or online). During the presentation, we will answer all your questions and comments.
